Ching-He Huang
Ching-He Huang's has a passion for healthy, and delicious
Chinese food. Ching-He Huang has been on many UK TV programs,
including; Market Kitchen. She has also presented her own
series called Ching's kitchen.
Ching's dynamic approach to cooking made it only a matter of
time before she was to become a household name. Her recipes has

Ching-He Huang was born in Taiwan, and was brought up in
South-Africa. South Africa was where she was first exposed to a
whole different climate and diet. As the only Chinese children
at her school, Ching and her brother caused a stir with their
packed lunches of stir fry and noodle.
Ching's parents moved to Golders Green in London. She
graduated from Queen Mary and Westfield Colleges in 1991, with
a first class degree in economics. She then set up her own
business called Fuge LTD. The company sold a range of cold
noodle salads, leaf salads, side salads, gourmet pasta
salads & healthy drinks.

Ching's recently published her first book. The book named
Modern China is packed full of fantastic oriental recipes, and
tips. She has also written for many food magazines such as BBC
Good Food, Olive, Delicious and Saisburys Magazine.
In 2008 Ching's new BBC program will start. It is to
be a six part series called "Chinese Food Made Easy". It
will be aired on BBC 2, on Monday nights at 8:30pm. Ching's
will be cooking on locations for the British public. The aim of
the series is to show how delicious, healthy, tasty and even
easy Chinese cooking can be. There will also be a book to
accompany the series, "Chinese Food Made Easy" will be Ching's
second book.
